A garden on the roof
The top levels open onto planted terraces, 1,100 m² on the third floor and 1,600 m² on the fourth, with the city below and the Atlantic breeze above.
Four floors of shopping, dining, play and celebration on Tubman Boulevard, Congo Town. The first mall of its kind in Liberia, and the spaces are being allocated now.

When the doors open, Monrovia will have something it has never had: one address for shopping, dining, entertainment and family time, built to an international standard.
The project is backed by a consortium of Chinese, Pakistani and Liberian investors, each with established businesses in Liberia, and designed by Guangzhou Design Institute for the city's growing mid-to-high-end market. The idea is simple: a place a family can spend the whole day, under one roof, in air-conditioned comfort.
Guangzhou Design Institute planned the mall around light, air and greenery, so a day here feels like a day out, not a trip to the shops.

Backlit light boxes turn the exterior into prime advertising for the brands inside, visible from Tubman Boulevard after dark.
High-definition displays in the atrium and at the entrances carry promotions, events and tenant campaigns.

Planted courtyards and ecological landscaping soften the concrete and give shoppers somewhere to pause between stores.
Panoramic elevators rise through the four-storey atrium, turning the trip between floors into part of the visit.
Central air conditioning across every floor and public space, a rare comfort in Monrovia.
From a 900 m² supermarket at street level to open-air gardens on the fourth floor, each level is planned around a different kind of day out.
