When the doors open, Monrovia will have something it has never had: one address for shopping, dining, entertainment and family time, built to an international standard.

The project is backed by a consortium of Chinese, Pakistani and Liberian investors, each with established businesses in Liberia, and designed by Guangzhou Design Institute for the city's growing mid-to-high-end market. Guangzhou Design Institute planned the mall around light, air and greenery, so a day here feels like a day out, not a trip to the shops.
